Phil,
Can you post me a URL? I can have a look at if you want later tonight
but I use photoshop and image-ready (as opposed to fireworks) with
Dreamweaver. I have had problems importing templates using the "import
ImageReady HTML" option in the past so I tend to load the HTML page
directly and edit the source code, then I use the resulting page as my
basis to work on.
Do you know if FW is exporting Javascript rollovers? If so that could be
your problem. It may be that FW is exporting a default set of images
with your own and that you may have to manually change the references to
them in the source. Not being a fireworks user I can only speculate and
by doing so may make the situation even more confused...
If you can't post a URL send me the site as a ZIP file and I'll try and
have a look later (don't worry about size unless you have 56k) - I can't
promise anything but I do have a free evening (unless I get an invite in
the next two hours), so it gives me something more constructive to do
than drinking wine, arguing on the phone with ex, or playing
Championship Manager...
As a final thought, why don't you view the source in Explorer and then
cut and paste it into Dreamweaver and see if that works? If it previews
okay and this works then maybe there's something not quite right in your
export settings... Does FW export PSDs?
