Accountants charges

I wonder if anyone can give some advice on accountancy charges.

I engaged an accountant last year, had one meeting with him, and have =
telephoned him on two occasions, he has not as yet done any tangible =
work for us, I was not pleased with the service he had provided so =
changed accountant.

I have just received a bill from the first accountant for =A3152.75

Do you think this is reasonable for one meeting and two telephone calls =
?
