Site check please

Hi All, could someone please take a mo to look over this and give me some
feedback,
When it is complete I am going to have a simple four bar audio loop in mp3
format which I want to play repeatedly and in sinc if possible, does anyone
know how to do this in Flash 5 ? The loop must play at all times through the
entire site, is this possible ? Im sure it is just dont know how to do it
