Boy, do I know about mortgage calculators! I was asked for one and spent
hours trawling the web for simple scripts only for the client to show an
example of one with interactive dynamic graphs, wanting one similar. I
ended up finding a local shockwave genius to make one from scratch. This
link was useful while I was looking though!
