Are you talking about mine?

It was a repossession and its in Bradford. I paid £38,500 though it was
still only worth about £48k at the time. I think it's because it's an
olde worlde stone cottage with beamed ceiling etc and I suppose quite
rare now in good condition.
As for where can I live - I can still get a decent 3 bed semi for
£80-90k round here or Leeds.
