FN-FORUM Live (Webcast) Video Streaming

I would like to stream about an hour and a half of video and sound live
onto the net. I have a T1 connection available.

How the hell would I go about doing this? Where do I start? Would
consider RealMedia (.rm, .ram) format as well as Windows Media Player
Format.

What do i need, how much will it cost - minimal cost is good. Can I
setup a normal system on this T1 connection as a/the server?

It is for streaming a Drama Production and a Talent Caberet from my
local school and I have NO experience in this sorta thing - wot exactly
do I need?
