Avoid BT like the plague (on BTClick - the business service). Currently
trying to get out of my 12 month contract with them after absolutely
terrible service... My problem is with the local exchange most of the
time, however, when things go pear shaped you have to ring tech support,
and to put it bluntly I've only ever managed to get through once in over
20 attempts and then had to wait for an hour in a queue. E-mail support
consists of an auto-response message telling you to shut-down and
restart your computer again, with instructions to reply to that message
for a human beings response, which then results in an auto-response
message telling you to......
One thing that is the pits above all else is that I have been unable to
access my webspace, pretty essential for us...
Can't comment on any other services as I have not been able to try any yet.
