Word doc and rtf will have different page breaks depending on the user's
default printer. PDF will stay the same provided that you embed ALL and
subset all fonts.

Yea - those features are very good - they're also in Opera or, if you
really want an IE based browser, try Netcaptor which also blocks pop-ups
along with many other features borrowed from Opera,

Just paste the folloing into your hosts file - on windows systems this
is in the %windowsroot%/system32/drivers/etc/hosts and I thing on 'nix
boxes /etc/hosts - this will redirect...
