connections from outside the local host or a known set of addresses (i.e.

They don't have a site at the moment...but they bought hosting when they got
the domain... the hosting only has PHP and not MySQL

For future reference...
Make a mask for the picture layer, on the masked layer put the text in
white and the area surrounding in black. This should mean you can just
see the picture where the text...

Sounds like a bad connection symptom to me. You could try cleaning the pins

Yes, that will also work - although the magic wand is not always as accurate
as you need it to be for getting the selection dead on. Should be ok for
