Depends what hosting you need.

10MB + 1ghz + co.uk domain £10/yr (no asp/php/) (neeed to check on
bandwidth)
10MB + 1ghz + .com domain £15/year (no asp/php) (need to check on bandwidth)

20MB + 1ghz £25/yr (inc ASP, PHP, CGI etc)
200MB + 2ghz £100/yr (inc ASP, PHP, cgi, etc)

domain names
£10/2yrs for co.uk
£10/yr for .com/net/org/info/biz/.name
