Malaysian Developers

Hi there

I have a potential client who is thinking of having some developemnt done
out in Malaysia.

So that I can decide whether or not to take this possibility further, it
would be nice to have some idea of salaries in the region.

The main skills required are: Linux (development and admin), HTML, DHTML,
JavaScript, PHP, Perl, Sendmail, POP3, Webmail, MySQL, XML. Also there will
be some project management required.

If anyone has any idea of the salary for any such developers and approx
office running costs, I'd appreciate it.
