We have used frame jammer in the past - it's a bugger to get it to work but
it works well once you get it right - you're best starting trying it out on
a blank page and then copy the stuff...

There is an option in access to save as SQL, sorry I can't remember what it
is a Microsoft came up with a new term for it. Do a find in the help for
