Yes, the damage will be done when they are next indexed. I would always
recommend not using frames, especially if the real content pages are not
going to be indexed because they are subsumed in the frameset.

I presume the damage will be done when they're next spidered/indexed? Think
it's time to persuade them to finally make the move to non-frames based.
