Re: FN-FORUM Strange - A Site Check

Hi Dean,
The Nav man... usability = 0. Do we really need another matrix-of-dots nav?
Let's just say that if you have to write "Navigation" on it, it's not very
intuitive :) From a purely usability perspective: The dots serve no purpose.
They are not iconic in that they symbolize or "point to" the subject matter.
They are not unique. Basically the user has to go over each one to see where
they lead.
(My first thought upon seeing the site was that you hadn't created the
navigation component yet and that was just filler!)
Stay sober,
Aral :)

Right you bunch of miserable bastards....
Having finally recovering from too much stress and then too much booze
on Friday... I have now created a new version of my site... And it's
all my own work....
I would appreciate feedback on the following :
http://www.circle-square.co.uk
Not sure if I need to say this... But please be as ruthless as you feel
is neccesary...
I plan to take your feedback on board, redevelop and then make the site
database driven...
And many thanks to people who offered me support last week... I really
do appreciate it...
For those of you who were out to get me ..... Have a look at the
stylesheet for the new site.!
Thanks
Dean
