You can renew your domaisn (and hosting) elsewhere!

If you complete the form at: www.designextreme.net/domains/transfer we will
quote you (no obligation) on how to move the domains. If it doesn't require
renewal it will be free, if it does require renewal it will cost 1 or 2
year's domain registration.

Whether you stay with UK2.NET or not, EITHER WAY, you will have to spend
some money. Get out of UK2.NETs services ASAP and save yourself money and
time. They are not a good ISP in terms of customer support and backhanded
charges. Save yourself all this hassle and get away from them.

The only thing that you should pay UK2.NET is the admin fee that they charge
for people leaving their services. I do not know whether they will or will
not charge you for this.

I'm afraid you're not being very helpful. They are trying to charge me for,
and I quote:

"Domain hosting
--------------
If you do not renew your Domain hosting, we will delete your domain
from our system. You will not be able to log in and use any of our free
services, like WebDiversion, EmailDiversion, auctions or e-commerce. We
will no longer host your web site or your email."

Yet the log in for the domain at uk2 actually says:

"We do not host your domain
You cannot use any UK2 hosting features (e.g. webspace)
You cannot use our Virtual ISP (VISP) feature"

I do not, and do not wish to, use any of those services. Can you explain to
me why I should have to pay?
