Use, getBytesLoaded and getBytesTotal:

getBytesTotal will tell you the total size of the swf you are loading =
in.
getBytesLoaded will tell you how many have been loaded so far.
You can output this to a textfile as it is or build a basic equation and =
do it as a percentage. You can also use it to build a laoding bar.
