phone call router thingies

Wondering if anyone here has a phone number that they use for their business
that just routes through to their home phone (thus meaning no second phone
line is needed)?

Who is it with? How good has it been and what kind of cost would I be
looking at? Is it an 0800 or 0845 number or just an ordinary phone number?
