homesite keyboard craziness

Half way through an incredibly irritating little job, and homesite for =
some insane reason has started swapping round @ and " on my keyboard, as =
if I've got it set up for yankee-doodle-land. But in the rest of =
windows, it's all working fine. Does anyone have any idea what's going =
on? It happened earlier and I uninstalled and reinstalled the thing, =
and it worked fine for 6 hours but just swapped back now. I've not done =
anything odd in the mean time - just got access and browsers open.
