Thanks to all those who replied.

Strangely enough when I asked the guy to clear out his temp internet
files he reported that he no longer gets the error, but it seems that
some of you do get one and so I will investigate (although the html is
not actually the part of the site I did).

Thanks for pointing out the spelling mistake as well.

Re the icons, they are not actually there, the agreement was that I
would make the option bar dynamic but that the client will create the
proper icons when he installs the software...

IE6 on Win98 gives the following error on every page.

My installation does seem especially sensitive to errors (as well as
adverts) though, I've never bothered to try and fix it, just assumed it
was a 'M$ feature'.

I'm assuming that you have 'Display a notification about every script
error' turned on in IE :)
