Following on from my earlier posting, I've had a response from the joker
support team who tell me that the response sent to them is in the wrong
format - apparently the format it has been sent in is
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable
and it should be sent in
ASCII-CODE
The admin & user contact addresses are the client's personal e-mail
addresses with talk21 (to which he's given me access)and there doesn't
seem to be any options on there to change the format in which the mail
is sent - it seems that talk21 receives in HTML format but insists on
sending everything as plain text.
Any thoughts from anyone?!?!
