I have a large tower case (6 x 5.25 + 4 x 3.5 internal) and it was a pain
getting IDE leads that would reach to the top two 5.25 drives (HDD's in
caddies)
I eventually found some round UDMA100 cables...

I'd get a motherboard with a RAID controller,

is the table cell empty? Dreamweaver has a habit of sticking into
empty cells. You could stick a blank 1 pixel by 1 pixel image in the cell

what's the urls? If one has been disabled then just wait and you should be
back in next month. They have made some major algorithm changes apparently
