One of the Graphic boys I work with has come up with an idea for a new
design
for a website I am involved with.

He has done a mock up for me to think about it.

I think its ace but from a techie point of view I think it would be too
much
work to turn it into html.

What I am looking for is:

Opinions on the design.

Ideas of how I would go about turning that into html.....
