thanks Paul, its not online right now.
I've solved it now anyway, remember a while back
and my trying to dynamically centre a layer,just about
this time last year. Well I haven't touched layers since.
Anyway back then I used the project seven extension
snap to layer. Well I've just remebered it and reinstalled it
and with a little tweaking and a resize fix I've got it working.

Its only taken most of the bloody day. :-)

I'm taking a break now and firing up UT for some stress release.

I'll upload the finished working design later today.
