It's not anything you can do with CD writing software, but look around
for document encryption technologies -
http://www.reportlab.com/security/index.html will stop people cutting
and pasting from PDF's for instance. There is probably no easy way to
stop cutting and pasting from HTML pages unless you do something
really inconvenient.
