It's IE6 sp1 extra security to prevent viruses and spybots in HTML mails
from running (allegedly). I didn't think it was on by default though.
Perhaps it is if you didn't have IE6 sans sp1. It's in tools, options, read.
The .att and .dat attachments are something else entirely.
