I've just rwecently (sorry bit of Elmer Fudd crept in there:)
stopped using the web safe palette. Since even the most
basic PC for the last few years has been able to display a
decent colour range, and I was sick of the restriction and colour
compromise.
I've also dropped support for NS 4 a few months back too. Its a
headache I can do without and if we keep designing for it they'll
keep using it IMO.
