Re: FN-FORUM Layout/Design review please

date posted 9th January 2003 21:45

It looks nice to me but I feel it needs just a bit of tidying on the
usability side of things, there's some vertical scroll on 1024 which may be
because some paragraph or br tags within the 'we can help you' boxes and I'm
drawn towards the orange ticks rather than the 'more info' buttons. Nothing
wrong with that but maybe a good idea to link the orange tick squares as
well as the more info buttons I think.

I think the overall look of the site it clean and professional but I think
it needs just that little bit more colour, maybe some thumbnails on the more
info boxes or perhaps a 'team' look kind of photo under or above your intial
photograph or something.

I think if you add a bit more friendly full colour to the homepage as it is,
it would look more professional and maybe more inviting as a user, as the
moment it may be just a little too corporate.

Personally I think your on a winner overally, just needs a little more
friendliness added to it.

Best Regards
D Thomas
