CSS / HTML Table borders.

Lo, peeps.

I am wanting just a plain black border around my tables, not the standard
bevelled type.

I am assuming that this is done with CSS, which is something that I have not
loked into yet. Can anybody put up some code for me to do it ASAP, and also
do you know of any good CSS Basics Sites?
