Damage? I doubt it. The ps/2 keyboard interface is bi-directional anyway so
either end can transmitt data whenever it feels like it on the data line.

Will it work? Who knows. If the computer sends a command then which keyboard
will honour it? I suggest that typing at both keyboards at once will confuse
the PC.
