Ah, most of the EDS people are contractors AFAIK. A friend of mine worked at
DSS Longbenton trying to run a tech author team. The EDS project manager or
team leader insisted on making her look at his (nasty) S and M Web site
(which apparently included pictures of him) and she said that they had 30
writers to do the work of two and most of them couldn't write. Even though
she was getting decent money, she walked after two weeks.
We always used to say of them "Over time, under spec and over budget"...
oops.
