Connect your tape player using an appropriate lead and bang it into your
Microphone socket. Press play and using something like 'Cool Edit'
simply press the record button. You will have to fiddle with the volume
levels to get the sound right. Once you have everything recorded save it
and then import it into Nero for copying and using properties you can
then split the individual tracks up.

Anybody interested, I'll be DJing live on Berlin radio this Friday (Just
got the word). There is a live stream available via www.fritz.de .
German time 8pm till 10pm, the 'Ravesatelite' show. It's going to be
mental, savage techno, so you have been warned ;)
