Can happen when you are using a secure connection for LDAP and Outlook
doesn't like your certificate (something to do with
HKCUSoftwarePoliciesMicrosoftOffice10.0OutlookSecurityUseCRLChasingD
ata REG_DWORD Value data: [ 0 | 1 | 2 ]
0 = Use system Default 1=When online always retrieve the CRL 2=Never
retrieve the CRL?) or you've blocked the port (?636?) on your firewall or
you didn't mean to use LDAP at all.
Not very helpful, but try
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;312343 and
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;290034
