Site check please

Hi

I'm currently managing a project for a management consultancy called Innovative Connexions, to introduce some new interactive features on their website such as forums etc, as well as making some content changes.

I've outsourced the development to a freelance web designer/ developer and wondered if some of you could have a look at it on the development site http://www.theoldfirestation.net. The original site is at http://www.innovativeconnexions.com.

I'm aware that the grey template background is a little cumbersome, but the client likes it....and for now that's ok. I'll hopefully convince him to change it at a later date.

Please play around a bit on the site - all constructive comments welcome.
