As I understand it there are major issues with Apache 2 as the PHP run
as a module isn't 100% on Windows.

PHP versions less than 4.3.0 hate apache 2.0, and rarely work with it! I
suggest sticking with 1.3.x :) unless you actually want to host from you xp
box... besides, you should be using the same versio...
