Me (as if that weren't obvious), twice. Slight problem with (re)registration
and passwords (about 50/50 my fault and misleading instructions) since I
misplaced my original password.
Filling in the forms is easy (ISDN last year, ADSL this). Working out what to
put on the forms slightly more challenging - but that's a generic problem and
its much easier to correct an on-line form than a paper one. You can save the
current state and re-visit it as required 'til you actually submit the thing.
When you've finished (or otherwise) you can download the form (pdf) and print
it out if you want to check it over and so that you've got a hard copy for
your records.
All I ought to do that I haven't is print out the emailed confirmations of
receipt "just in case" although I regard the fact that the rebate is sitting
in my bank account as fairly conclusive...
