CSS not working in NN4

Hi

my test site http://beta.acksys.co.uk when viewed using NN4 on a Solaris
machine looks poo. It's as if the stylesheet is ignored *completely*.

However, if I goto http://www.realworldstyle.com [rws] that site looks cool,
it picks up on the body style and applies a bg colour etc,

I've got a body definition in my stylesheet exactly the same as on rws and
mine does not it's most strange.

Where am I going wrong?

btw I've tried moving all the comments and removing the extra meta and
script and style tags in the header but that made no difference
