Hi Tony
New UK users are asked whether they want to join the forum when they
register. It clearly states it is a very busy forum and that it is email
based (although it is does say you will receive about 30 emails a day which
is a bit out of date!).

I see your point but I get the impression that some of the people didn't
expect to get any email at all - how did that happen? is there a
stealth subscription? maybe if you register as a freelancer you're
automatically subbed to the list?
Or is it possible to subscribe someone without confirmation and someone
is subbing clients out of spite?
Needs looking at as part of the restructure I think....
