Just to let you all know that this solution works - changed to
SMTP.BTCLICK.COM and absolutely no problem (so far!!)

Not if you send via the btclick server rather than btconnect. I have
a client with multiple domains, none of which are hosted with BT, and
how went with BT for broadband (despite my express advice not to :/) and
they have no problems sending via the BT servers.
