FN-FORUM V.Simple Flash problem

Guys,

It's late and for the life of me I can't get flash to link to a .html site
in the same folder as it, basically want 2 pop up a window witch I made...
I'm using...

/window.html as the link? Is this correct or am I doing something wrong
here?
