An advert on TV for a car a while back said something like, "and a 150bhp
engine for safer overtaking"
Again, something on TV but this time I think it was Quentin Wilson,
referring to some road in Scotland (I think), where they've put speed
cameras on a big wide road:
Speed limit 60mph
Car in front driving 55mph
You want to drive at 60mph
You are only allowed to drive at 60mph to overtake.
How much safe is that than overtaking at 70-75mph then dropping back to
sixty?
