My congratulations go out to every sysadmin and operator who has been at
work today putting things back together.
I did six hours reading, fixing and monitoring the situation. Being
bombarded even when we weren't infected.
It really gives me great confidence in the way the net works.

Why not point the finger at the people who actually DO the hacking?
As I said recently on thsi forum, we don't level a fnger at the guys who
write Apache or the relevant module of Unix / Linux / VMS when someone
exploits a security hole....
