Access via router

I have a Blueyonder cable modem shared with the 5 PC's on my network (+ my
sons X-Box)

I have been considering buying a Linksys EtherFast Wireless Cable/DSL Router
BEFW11S4 from Amazon.

If I do this will I be able to access each of my PC's individually using VNC
from the Internet by setting up some sort of port mapping on the router ?
