As long as the Linksys supports port-mapping, then yes. Assuming
you'll be using it as a NAT router than you'll need to use a different
port for each PC (i.e. you won't be able to use the default port on
each VNC server config).
Alternatively, you could just expose one machine to outside access and
then tunnel a second instance of VNC from that one to the other
machines on the LAN. IME VNC is absolutely crap at this, however
(the screen refresh is dire on the tunnelled session) and if you
wanted to go down that route you'd be better off using RAdmin (Remote
Administrator) although that isn't free.
