Yes, that's right.
You'll need to suss out which ports it's using and map those
accordingly in your router, then when you connect you just add the
increment into the address. I have a client with VNC running on two
servers, one on the default port, one on the 'next' one, and connect
with:
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx to one
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:1 to the other
