not quite right, i've been coding in VB on and off for around 6 years, over
3 commercially and im moving to c# simply because it makes more sense.
vb is a very handy tool for quick and dirty applications and always will be
as long as windows can run its exe's - i've knocked up any number of
company-specific utils using it.
.net is something a sea change, its a lot more structured and thought out so
i see vb.net as a very square shape M$ are hammering in a round hole to
suit all the VB coders out there.
