because VB.net had the CLR rules broken for it by whining VB coders.
one of the nice things about the various .net languages is they were all
supposed to follow a set of rules regarding arrays, booleans, etc.
so for example you bring in a coder to do a module, they code it in vb.net.
they leave.
you now have someone who codes in c#.net and would like to transfer the
vb.net code into c#.net code for any future modifications... but wait!
VB.net breaks the rules! so making life harder - especially if your c#
developer has no idea about this and the module uses arrays.
