Not on BSD. My immediate reaction would be that this is going to be
complicated by the availability or not of a driver.
There is a driver for Linux for the Alcatel Frog, and some distros that
make it very easy to use and setup. However, the driver has to be
downloaded from the alcatel site and is binary only and as such isn't
even open to porting without some serious re-engineering.
