The problem has resolved itself - they'd sent a file attachment about 10
times to the same address and I suspect had clogged a mailbox up
somewhere. The laughable part, to my anyway, is the fact that there was
nothing in the e-mail to tell me what the actual symptoms were (e.g.
failure messages, non-delivery messages, etc etc) Ah well - I suppose
it's only to be expected!

Tell them to send an E-Mail to [EMAIL REMOVED] They should get a
reply back within about 30 seconds.

If that works, then in theory their E-Mail is fine!
