Why the frames? The bottom frame doesn't do anything and takes up more space
than the content frame. Gives both vertical and horizontal scroll on 800 x
600.

Funny grey border round the content frame - I suspect you didn't set a
background colour.

The web/ page has so many little frames it's actually unusable on 800 x 600.
Odd line breaks in the right frame.
