Well in that case is something they exported from access to a .dat format I
never heard about.
I have already tried in 1000 different way to import the file into access,
and I always get the message: " Unrecognised Database format".
If I open the file with notepad, I get something like that (only the first
10 lines of the huge file will follow):

the last 3 lines as you can see, look like a table data too me, what you
think? the file goes on and on like that for a lot.
maybe they use a plug-in to save the file in that format, that is my 2 cent
thought.
